Tim Morley has many years experience as a yacht broker, as well as several years experience as Captain / crew on large yachts.

Prior to entering the yachting industry, Tim gained a BA (hons) degree in Leisure Marketing from Bournemouth University. He was a member of the Territorial Army and enjoyed rowing (Captain of the University Rowing Club), and yacht racing on the Solent. He started his career in the exhibition industry, working for Reed Exhibitions in Richmond, Surrey, and later International Trade and Exhibitions (ITE Group PLC) in central London. He became Project Director for the Moscow International Travel & Tourism exhibition (MITT); and then began launching new trade shows in Moscow. As a hobby he also started his own 'promotional merchandise' business, together with a full time business partner working with clients such as F1 driver Damon Hill, and the charity Save The Children.

In 1997 he moved to the South of France and transferred his passion for yachts into a business. He enjoyed three years working as crew aboard yachts including MY VIRGINIAN, SY SAPPHIRE and MY LEANDER, gaining his Yachtmaster and Yachtmaster Ocean qualifications, and was later Captain of MY AMORZINHO. He has worked as a professional broker in Monaco and Antibes since 2000, travelling to international boat shows and taking clients to inspect yachts wherever they are located around the world. He also enjoys going back to Moscow to meet with clients.
