Generally many months of work go into a yacht purchase, from initial discussions to multiple yacht inspections, analysis, patient negotiation, due diligence, contractual legal work, resolution of survey findings, documentation and working to protect the interests of the buyer, all the way up to the day of completion, and beyond. On some occasions, the circumstances dictate that the process should be aborted before completion, and we patiently deal with moving beyond one purchase project to the next.
